Visit Lake Tahoe Partner Portal Launch Day! |

We are launching our new online Partner Portal. What does this mean for you? The Partner Portal is a one stop shop for you, our partners, to provide us with the latest information about your business. Many of you will have received a separate invitation email from Simple View earlier this morning titled, “Login to Optimize Your Visit Lake Tahoe Partnership” with further instructions. If you do not receive an email, you may click here to initiate your account. The new platform will streamline communication between our staff and our stakeholders and partners for website listings, events, RFPs, special offers and contacts. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact Ryn Muat, Communications & Community Outreach Manager, ryn@visitlaketahoe.com. There are additional training resources available for those who need them, including a live virtual training. |

LTVA Supports South Lake Tahoe’s Single-Use Water Bottle Ban |
|
With the single-use plastic water bottle ban going into effect on Earth Day, April 22, we are pleased to announce that we have purchased a number of highly durable, aluminum, USA-made reusable water bottles which we will begin distributing later this month to lodging properties. This is a huge stride for South Lake Tahoe and we are happy to be able to support the city’s initiative. We will send a dedicated e-blast later this month with instructions for how to request bottles for your property. |

The Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority and its agency of record, Noble Studios, won Visit California’s Poppy Award recognizing the creativity and effectiveness in tourism marketing for the destination’s 2022-23 Awe and then Some paid brand campaign under $1 million. The strategic approach incorporates the “total Tahoe” experience, drawing from our region’s awe-inspiring landscapes, vibrant entertainment, and the unique combination of year round indoor and outdoor recreation. The comprehensive research-driven renaming and rebranding initiative, Awe and then Some, was a result of collaboration between LTVA, our board of directors, marketing, sales, and PR committees, guided by Noble Studios. We are honored to receive this prestigious industry award. |
